Maria de Luna started his professional practice on a prestigious international law firm located in Madrid. Afterwards he worked as lawyer at the central legal department of the Spanish branch of an important German business group.
She specializes in corporate law, and international commercial contracts.
Maria has an extensive experience in assisting and negotiating contracts between private companies and public sector entities.
María holds a degree in law from the University of Madrid, studying a year in the University of Konstanz (Germany); a master’s degree of EU law in the university Carlos III in Madrid, and she has participated in numerous degrees in various legal matters (public procurement, corporate law, civil responsibility, energy).
